Since the late 1980's Ted Rankine has been the Host and driving force behind one of the most popular magazine-style shows, Power Boat Television. On the program airing in Canada and the U.S., the promotion of the use of lifejackets was a constant and important message to viewers. Ted has been involved on the front lines with such organizations as the Canadian Coast Guard, the United States Coast Guard, Canadian Safe Boating Council, Canadian Power and Sail Squadrons, United States Power Squadrons, NASBLA and has been instrumental in the production of countless safety initiatives for TV, print, web and DVD distribution.
